We have an exciting opportunity to join our team for those with a keen interest in the Brain Injury and Mental Health sectors.The role would provide the right candidate the opportunity to become a Field Care Manager within our team. You will be managing packages of care for those with Mental Health needs and acquired brain injuries. The skills needed include but are not limited to:
- Risk assessment and Care Planning around individual client needs.
- Supervision and appraisal of staff
- Monitor support packages including reviewing support worker documentation.
- Communicating effectively with our clients, their families, staff teams and our colleagues in the multi-disciplinary team.
- Rota management
VP will offer the following benefits as a member of our team:
- Salary Range £25,000 – £27,000 p.a.(inclusive of on call responsibilities)
