Were seeking a high-performing Field Care Manager with a strong interest in Acquired Brain Injury support. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, decisive, and motivated by making a tangible difference in peoples lives. Youll play a key role in shaping care delivery, supporting teams, and ensuring consistently outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Youll take full ownership of care packages and lead by example, ensuring services are safe, compliant, and person-centred at all times. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing comprehensive risk assessments and developing high-quality, tailored care plans.
  • Providing effective supervision, coaching, and appraisals to support workers, embedding accountability and professional standards.
  • Monitoring and reviewing care packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high standards in daily documentation.
  • Building strong, professional relationships with clients, families, staff teams, and multi-disciplinary professionals.
  • Managing rotas and staffing levels to ensure reliable, safe, and responsive service delivery.
  • Making confident decisions in fast-paced situations while maintaining quality and compliance.
