We have an exciting opportunity to join our team for those with a keen interest in the Brain Injury and Mental Health sectors. The role would provide the right candidate the opportunity to become a Field Care Manager within our team.

You will be managing packages of care for those with Mental Health needs and acquired brain injuries. The skills needed include but are not limited to:
