Your Role
- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Support service users with a wide range of complex mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop, implement and review individualised care plans.
- Promote recovery, independence, and positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.
- Create a safe, therapeutic environment for service users.

What You'll Need
- Registered RMN or RNLD (valid NMC registration)
- Minimum of 2 years' UK mental health nursing experience
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- A compassionate and professional approach to care
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Two satisfactory employment references
