Join Voyfai, a fast-growing Series A startup shaping the future of logistics and technology across Europe. Headquartered in Berlin, we operate at the centre of a broader group of companies active across several European markets. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Co-Founders from day one, drive meaningful impact and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will drive our social media reach to grow our membership. You will attract European and US freight forwarders who join our network and route their Asia–Europe volumes through our procurement hub in Hong Kong, with LinkedIn as your key channel, followed by WeChat, and supported by trade press outreach. You are a hands-on executor: you turn goals into content, campaigns and pitches that get results, and you bring ideas of your own. You will report to our Director of Global Network and work closely with our commercial, product and procurement teams. This role is based in London.
What You Will Do
- Own our social media presence, starting with LinkedIn and expanding to WeChat, including content, campaigns and the profiles of our leadership and network team.
- Create content built for reach, and adapt it to how each platform's algorithm works.
- Run campaigns and pitch our story to freight and logistics trade media to bring qualified freight forwarders to the commercial team.
- Write presentations, sales pitches and member material together with the commercial and product teams.
- Work with our Hong Kong procurement team to showcase the strength of our offering.
- Prepare the marketing material for trade fairs and industry events, such as decks, one-pagers and social posts.
- Brief and coordinate freelancers or other support where needed.
- Track reach, engagement and member growth, and report on results.
What You Bring
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on social media, ideally in freight, logistics, B2B services, SaaS, membership or network businesses.
- A proven track record of growing reach and engagement on LinkedIn, organic and paid.
- Experience in freight, logistics or a similar industry, or a track record of marketing to logistics professionals, ideally including freight forwarder networks or membership organisations.
- A clear understanding of how social media algorithms work and what drives reach.
- Fluent English with excellent writing and presentation skills, including sales pitches, decks and media pitches.
- Comfort working with AI tools in your daily work.
- A hands-on, self-driven mindset: you take ownership, define what 'done' looks like and move work forward without close guidance.
- Strong collaboration skills: you work with and convince colleagues across teams and time zones.
Bonus If You Have
- Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Experience preparing material for events or trade fairs.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and equity options.
- A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a mission-driven team.
- Flexible working arrangements (Remote, London).
- 25 days of PTO.
