β Developing comprehensive project plans. Outlining goals, objectives, timelines, and resources needed.
β Leading and coordinating a team of BIM modellers and specialists. Assigning tasks, providing direction, and ensuring effective collaboration between team members.

β QA from standards//QC support for the Technical Leaders and production team, if possible.
β Architectural, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree.
β Advanced Level of English.
β Working knowledge of project management execution.
β Experience in coordination and documentation.
β Experience in Reality Capture, Point Cloud, and Scan to BIM.
β Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
β +1year of experience in communication with a client.
β Anticipation- you constantly look ahead to identify and navigate roadblocks before they escalate.

π©Main Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in the EMEA region, focusing on the largest and most strategic accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication, understanding of client needs, and alignment with project goals.
- Strategic Project Planning: Work closely with the LSS Manager and Regional Director to define the best structure and strategy for each project. Assess requirements such as the need for an on-site Project Manager versus remote coordination, determine the type and number of resources needed, and establish timelines and deliverables.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain a direct and ongoing relationship with the Laser Scanning team (led by David) to align on strategies, validate approaches, and ensure seamless integration between scanning and RC workflows.
- Project & Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage the execution of RC projects using BIM software and project management tools. Oversee financial and economic aspects of the regional portfolio, including revenue recognition, project progress, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Identify risks and proactively implement corrective measures.
- Expertise & Consulting: Serve as both an internal and external subject-matter expert, with deep understanding of RC production processes, deliverables, and consulting practices. Provide technical guidance to teams and strategic advice to clients to drive project success.
- Communication & Alignment: Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, leadership, and clients to ensure alignment of expectations, resolve conflicts, and achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Team Development: Support the growth and structure of the regional RC team, ensuring proper staffing, training, and development to meet current and future project demands.
