Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Call Taker for our Inter-Community Shuttle Services!
Your Role
- Answering calls promptly and professionally.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, or scheduling needs (e.g., booking rides or addressing complaints).
- Accurately documenting information in the system for tracking and resolution.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as dispatch, to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear speech.
- You have intermediate to advanced English language skills (B1 to C2).
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Intermediate to advanced technical skills to use phone systems and computers confidently.
- Superior customer service abilities, including empathy and problem-solving.
- The role requires multitasking and a high level of attention to detail, especially in fast-paced situations.
- Familiar with London and surrounding areas.
- You have 1 to 2 years of dispatch, call center, or logistics experience.
- You are available to work Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
The rate for this position is $19.00 per hour with benefits after 3 months.
Work Location
This position is based in-office at our main building located at 573 Admiral Court, London ON. Please note that remote work options are not available for this role.
