We are currently seeking Part‑Time Drivers and Route Support Drivers in Kingston & surrounding region. Part‑Time Drivers will be assigned to open routes, while Route Support Drivers will assist with temporary vacancies and support future route opportunities.
Earn $23.00/hour for every hour worked: driving, pre/post‑trip inspections, meetings, orientation, and more. We believe in keeping things simple and honest. Your role:
- Safely transport students within your community to and from school, ensuring a reliable and positive experience each day.
- Prioritize student safety at all times, including during boarding, transit, and exiting the vehicle.
- Conduct thorough pre and post trip inspections to ensure the bus remains in proper and protected operating condition, which you are paid for.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bus, including assisting with fueling and basic upkeep to present a well‑kept, professional vehicle.
- Accurately complete daily Hours of Service reports and maintain required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Immediately report any mechanical issues or concerns affecting the safe operation of the vehicle.
- Address and report any student behaviour issues in a timely and professional manner, following company procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with safety practices, policies, and regulations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and care while fostering a safe and respectful environment for all passengers.
Requirements:
- You are safety focused.
- You hold a valid minimum full G class drivers license for at least 1 year.
- If you don’t currently hold a B or E Class licence, Voyago has you covered—full training is provided at no cost to you!
- You are 21 years of age or over.
- You are a safe driver with a clean driving record.
- You can obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening.
- You have a sound knowledge of Kingston and surrounding areas.
- You have the ability to work independently.
- You are available for the required shifts Monday to Friday approximately 6:00am to 9:15am AND 1:00pm to 4:30pm (Start and end times will vary depending on the specific details of each route).
- You possess solid communication skills.

- You are comfortable driving in all types of weather and road conditions.
