Voyago is hiring 1 Part-Time Patient Transfer Attendant in Chatham, Ontario.

Your Role:

  • Safe transport of patients via stretcher/wheelchair to/from healthcare facility, nursing home, or private residence.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The position is unionized. Hourly Wage: $20.01/hr. Shift: Evenings (7:00PM – 3:00AM).

Your Profile Requirements:

  • Valid First Responder Certification OR AEMCA, or working towards a Paramedic Diploma (must finish year 1) OR Firefighter with Emergency Medical Responder Certification.
  • Basic Life Support certification (HCL level).
  • Valid G-class driving license.
  • Ability to lift 250+ lbs. using a stretcher or stair chair with partner.
  • Effective communication in both verbal and written English.
  • Safe driver with clean driving record.
  • Clean Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector screening.
  • Up-to-date immunization records: MMR, DPT, Polio, Varicella, Hepatitis B, COVID-19 (2 doses), TB Skin Test (Step 1) – valid within last 12 months.
  • High School diploma or proof of equivalency or post‑secondary diploma.
