Overview
Voyago is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in London, Ontario.
Your Role
Reports to the Accountant, and supports the AR Specialist. The primary function of the Accounts Receivable Clerk is to ensure customer payments are received and recorded, while ensuring the completion of weekly and monthly reports. They will also assist with billing with a strong focus on daily collections.
Please note that this is an in-office position where you will be based at our London location.

Monday to Friday (8:00AM – 4:30PM)
Primary Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, cheques, EFT, and credit card transactions
- Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions from all locations
- Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans and payment history
- Process monthly pre-authorized payment for Checker customer accounts
- Analyzes customer accounts and applies outstanding invoices and credits
- Reconcile bank deposit transactions and receipts batches in Accpac
- Open and modify accounts
Customer Service
- Resolves customer issues and billing inquiries
- Contacts customers to receive payment
Reporting
- Summarizes receivables by preparing weekly and monthly reports to managers
- Creates weekly cash report for billing clerks and follow up with outstanding cash trips
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- College Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Recognized Accounting Designation or equivalent experience
- You have strong Microsoft Office experience
- Clean Criminal Record
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
