Voyageur Publishing and Events is a dynamic, market-leading publisher and events company in the international B2B travel and health insurance and airborne special missions sectors. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator to support our sales and marketing teams in driving advertising revenue and increasing conference attendance.

  • Create detailed exhibitor lists for upcoming events, contributing to seamless event planning.
  • Maintain and update our digital supplier directories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Coordinate the timely shipping of magazines to events and handle monthly distribution logistics.
  • Manage the placement and maintenance of advertising across our websites.

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a marketing and/or administration role.

Full time role (Monday – Friday). Hybrid working: 3 days in the Bristol office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Bristol before starting work.
