Marketing Growth Manager – SEO, AI, Digital Performance & Customer Growth

Could you help shape the next phase of growth for an ambitious travel business?

Voyager School Travel is a Brighton-based specialist in educational travel, providing overseas school trips and immersive language residentials for schools across the UK and Europe. We’re part of the wider Class Tours Group, which also includes COGO, specialising in performing arts trips to Disneyland Paris, and Family Adventure Holidays.

We're at an exciting point in our growth. With new investment, new products and a 400-bed school Campus being built just outside Disneyland Paris, there is plenty happening – and we're looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to help us make the most of it.

You’ll join a small, hands‑on marketing team responsible for generating new leads, converting website traffic into enquiries, managing customer communications and retention, developing our brands and websites, launching new products and supporting the growth of the wider group.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the digital growth agenda across our brands, with a particular focus on:

  • SEO, AI search and organic visibility
  • Website performance, UX and conversion
  • Analytics, testing and digital performance
  • Developing and optimising website and campaign content
  • Writing clear, engaging and commercially effective copy
  • Managing external SEO and web development partners
  • Improving customer journeys from first search through to enquiry and booking
  • Supporting new product launches, websites and brands
  • Working closely with our Paid Digital Manager and Marketing Executive
  • Contributing to wider marketing strategy and business growth

This is a hands‑on role in a small team. We're looking for someone who can analyse a GA4 report, spot an opportunity, write the landing page copy and work with a developer to make the change happen – rather than simply producing a strategy and handing it over.

What we’re looking for

You’ll have strong experience in digital marketing, particularly SEO, website optimisation, analytics and conversion. You’ll also need to be a good copywriter, commercially minded and comfortable using data to make decisions.

You’ll ideally have experience with:

  • SEO and emerging AI search
  • Website/UX optimisation and conversion
  • Google Analytics and digital performance reporting
  • Managing agencies and web developers
  • Customer journeys and lead generation
  • Writing and optimising digital content
  • Testing, learning and continually improving performance

Most importantly, you'll be curious, practical and happy getting stuck into a wide range of projects.

You’ll be joining a growing business where marketing has a direct role in shaping what comes next. You’ll work across several brands and have the opportunity to influence websites, products, campaigns and customer journeys rather than owning just one small part of the marketing mix.

And there are some pretty good perks too:

    • Pension contributions
    • Familiarisation trips to France
    • Cycle to work scheme
    • Two company socials each year
    • Free drinks and snacks in the office
    • Brighton office based at Preston Park, with some remote working potentially available after successful probation
