Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content, visuals, and copy aligned with Voyager Life and Orsus Therapeutics brand tone and guidelines.
- Monitor active campaigns to ensure optimal performance and suggest improvements where needed.
- Help manage and optimise the company’s ecommerce store, ensuring a seamless customer journey and experience.
- Assist in ensuring products are accurately listed, with proper descriptions, imagery, and pricing.
- Support conversion rate improvement initiatives, including A/B testing, site audits, and UX enhancements.
SEO & Website Maintenance
- Conduct keyword research and assist with implementing SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
- Update website content (e.g., landing pages, product pages, blog posts) in line with marketing initiatives.
Content Creation & Social Media Support
- Assist in crafting compelling posts and marketing materials for social media platforms and email campaigns.
- Monitor and interact with followers, responding to comments and questions with brand consistency.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on marketing KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media growth.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms to compile insights on campaign performance.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Operations, to ensure alignment between ecommerce marketing efforts and wider business objectives.
- Liaise with external agencies, influencers, or partners to coordinate campaigns or collaborations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a marketing role with an emphasis on ecommerce.
- Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Strong writing skills for creating effective marketing copy across channels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, or similar.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Omnisend, Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
