Join the Voyager Club team as a Travel Designer / Concierge and be a part of redefining luxury travel! This is a full-time remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the European Union or the United Kingdom.
As a key contributor to our growth, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences for our clients by designing tailored itineraries, liaising with partners, and ensuring seamless travel support. We’re seeking someone dynamic, organised, and passionate about travel who’s ready to go beyond the standard.
Your Day-to-Day Includes:
- Designing bespoke travel proposals & itineraries;
- Building relationships with DMCs, hotels, and partners to manage reservations, special requests, and payments;
- Finalising and delivering itineraries in Voyager’s unique voice;
- Offering concierge support for seamless trips;
- Monitoring booking progress, sending member materials, and handling invoices;
- Supporting marketing efforts and staying on top of undiscovered destinations.
About You:
- Proficiency in English (other languages like French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus!)
- An experienced multitasker with a love for travel and attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in travel and well-versed in key destinations
- Exceptional organisational skills, positive attitude, and solutions-focused.
