Everyone Active is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to support health and safety operations and drive customer service excellence. As a Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard), you will be part of a diverse team dedicated to promoting our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective pool supervision.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping within the centre.
- Support a varied programme of activities and sessions.
- Communicate effectively with other team members.
- Ensure safety operations and uphold company values.
Requirements
- Must be able to swim very well.
- National Pool Lifeguard qualification (training available if needed).
- First Aid at Work & coaching qualifications (desirable).
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, including public holidays.
- DBS check will be completed prior to starting.
