We’re looking for a technically skilled and performance-driven Meta Paid Ads Technical Specialist to help drive bookings, reservations, and revenue growth across our portfolio of US hotels and outlets. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical side of paid social advertising just as well as campaign strategy — with strong experience in Meta tracking infrastructure, Conversion API implementation, and hospitality integrations, including OpenTable. From luxury hotels, branded resorts, and restaurants, you’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are accurately tracked, effectively optimized, and deliver measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), custom events, and server-side tracking solutions
- Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Meta and hospitality platforms including OpenTable
- Ensure accurate tracking for dining reservations, hotel bookings, lead generation, and promotional campaigns
- Develop audience targeting strategies including retargeting, traveler segmentation, and lookalike audiences
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize toward ROAS, conversions, and engagement
- Work closely with creative, social, and account teams to align paid campaigns with broader brand and marketing strategies
- Stay up to date with Meta advertising updates, privacy changes, and hospitality marketing trends
