WHY WE EXIST
Women in their 40s, 50s and 60s are deleting twenty years from their CVs to get past the first sift. Meanwhile, employers complain they can't find talent. We think that's absurd. And expensive. We exist to change what it means to be a woman in midlife. That takes the whole organisation, not just the women. The Midlife Talent Lab brings together the people who make the decisions and the people who live with them, men and women of every generation, and they leave with decisions made, owners named and first actions agreed.
We say it to employers every day. Now we're doing it ourselves.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- People, Talent & Culture is your specialism, not a side interest: culture, talent, recruitment and EVP, storytelling and comms, organisation design, leadership, change
- A tier-one management or strategy consultancy background, or the equivalent
- You have personally designed AND led large and medium-sized immersive workshops. Led, not assisted
- You can hold a room of 60 senior people, draw out the quiet one, handle the executive who already has the answer, and say what nobody else will
- You turn a day's work into decisions, owners and a plan. Not a wall of Post-its and a warm feeling
THE DEAL
Fractional. Paid, contract-based associate roles, engaged by the project. Not full-time. Not permanent. You'll work as an independent consultant, invoicing through your own business. UK-based, with some travel, mostly to London, for half-day and full-day workshops.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Anyone who meets that bar. Open to all, whatever your age or gender, and selected on track record alone.
