We are seeking to appoint an individual who:
Qualifications / Responsibilities
- Has experience of supporting individual needs and understands how students learn
- Has an enthusiasm for coaching and nurturing
- Has experience of working with small groups and providing 1:1 support (desirable)
- Is able to work as part of a team and be flexible to the needs and priorities of the academy
- Is an excellent practitioner with high expectations and aspirations for students
- Is proficient with the use of IT to support learning
- Is willing to promote academy ethos and support our extra-curricular programmes
