Venture Academy, Henley-in-Arden, is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant on a fixed-term basis.

You will assist with delivery of teaching and learning, support learners in achieving their goals, and help maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment.

Reporting to the Class Teacher, you will work to model best practice, support learners with communication, and contribute to their overall wellbeing and development during the school day.

Strong safeguarding awareness is essential.
