Parent Support Advisor – Cluster (Prince Henry\’s Grammar School) Location: Otley and surrounding areas, UK Education Phase: Through School Working Pattern: Part-Time Contract Type: Fixed Term About us Prince Henry’s is an over-subscribed comprehensive school with over 1660 students, including around 350 in the Sixth Form. Job Description NJC Grade C3 Scale Points 19 – 22 22.5 hours Per Week – Term Time Only, Plus 5 Days Required September 2025 The Otley, Pool and Bramhope Cluster are looking to appoint an experienced and committed Parent Support Advisor. The successful candidate will be based at Prince Henry’s Grammar School, but will work closely with Otley Children’s Centre and 7 local schools in the Otley, Pool & Bramhope Cluster to engage with families by co-ordinating and providing early intervention family support within a framework of integrated services. The purpose of the role is to help children, young people and families overcome barriers to learning and participation in order to improve future outcomes. The successful candidate will have: A relevant Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Health, Education, Social Care, or equivalent The ability to engage constructively with children and adults to support progress towards agreed outcomes The ability to manage a wide caseload, prioritise work and organise paperwork to a high standard Previous experience of referrals to, or work alongside, CSWS, MST, FIS etc The ability to plan, co-ordinate and lead support for parents dealing with challenging behaviour at home or in the community A commitment to Continuing Professional Development In return we offer: Excellent Continuing Professional Development opportunities A dedicated staff team supported by a committed and experienced senior leadership team A positive environment where students are able to learn and achieve Please note we do not accept CVs.
