Job Description: To support the safe, engaging, and effective delivery of afterschool provision for pupils. The role involves supervising children, assisting with activities, and helping to create a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils at all times
- Support and lead a range of structured and free-play activities (e.g. arts, games, homework support)
- Promote positive behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy
- Assist with preparing and tidying activity areas and resources
- Provide basic first aid where trained and report any incidents appropriately
- Liaise with parents/carers during collection and communicate relevant information
- Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies and procedures
This role is 12.5 hours/week (3pm - 5:30pm Monday to Friday), term time only. Early applications are encouraged. We reserve the right to interview and appoint prior to the closing date of the advert.

Desired Criteria:
- Experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with EHCPs
