East Midlands Academy Trust is seeking an ambitious School Impact Partner - Inclusion to strengthen inclusive practice across our schools. You will work with Headteachers, SENDCOs, and pastoral teams to improve outcomes for vulnerable learners, including those with SEND, disadvantaged pupils, EAL, and CLA, while safeguarding data informs priorities. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on school improvement work, driving sustainable change across a growing Trust that values.
