The SEND Administrator role is to work across our Bradford City Hub schools - Lapage Primary School BD3 8QX, Byron Primary School BD3 0AB & Meadow Bank Community School BD4 8DX.
Job Description
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a SEND Administrator to provide essential administrative assistance to our SEND teams across three schools within the Bradford City Hub. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that our children with SEND receive the best possible support. This is a part time role 22.5 hours per week, term time only plus 1 week. There is a degree of flexibility around the working pattern for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to SENDCo’s, including note-taking and organising files.
- Maintain accurate student records and update SEND Review documents.
- Assist with the SEND identification, assessment, monitoring, and review process.
- Manage student referrals and coordinate meetings with external agencies.
- Organise and book rooms, appointments, and screening assessments.
- Communicate regularly with parents/carers and coordinate Parent Forum meetings.
- Prepare documentation for EHCP applications and annual reviews.
- Ensure SEND data is accurately recorded and shared with teachers.
- Support SENDCo’s in communicating effective strategies to teaching staff.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- A commitment to supporting SEND pupils and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple schools.
