Job Description
Leadership 13 - 17 Permanent, Full-time Required September 2025
This is a rare opportunity for a talented individual to join the senior leadership team as one of four Assistant Headteachers at Prince Henry’s Grammar School. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent leadership and management and the knowledge and skills to:
- Implement robust strategies to ensure the best results for all students, including high ambitions for vulnerable students.
- Ensure that praise and rewards feature highly so that all students are valued and recognized for their achievements.
- Inspire, lead, and support a committed team of staff.
- Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the Sixth Form.
- Utilize high-quality professional development available through our School and Trust.
- Contribute positively to all aspects of school leadership as part of the effective senior leadership team.
