Northampton International Academy, part of EMAT, is seeking an inspirational and qualified SEND leader to establish and lead Veris, the new ARP, opening September 2026.
You will build a provision for up to 30 young people with SEND, including EBSA, Anxiety, ASD, working with external services. The role offers phased entry, induction and cross-school collaboration.
Applicants will join a team with Trust support, professional development and a commitment to safeguarding.
