Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English tuition to small groups.
- Support students from KS4 to KS5 with GCSE preparation.
- Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and goals.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching staff and coaches to help students balance academic and sporting commitments.
- Work flexibly across Cornwallis Academy and Maidstone United Football Academy.
