Support Worker – Wiveliscombe - £13.56 ph

Typical shifts are: 08:00 – 20:30, working three shifts a week including alternate weekends.

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers who enhance the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker with us, you’ll help people gain independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. Our residential service is a grade two listed building set in the beautiful rural location of Wiveliscombe, featuring an orchard, a log cabin art hub and a pond. You can be sure that no two days will be the same.

Your day will include assisting with personal care, encouraging residents to access their local community, socialise and participate in entertaining activities.

We expect our Support Workers to hold a full UK driving licence, be resilient, flexible and composed, and have experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice. Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental-health conditions, autism and people who have experienced trauma, is also required.
