We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker, you\'ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of individuals.

Our residential service in Trowbridge offers a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. As a Night Support Worker, you’ll assist with bedtime routines, including personal care, and conduct regular checks throughout the night. Light domestic duties may also be required in your spare time.

This role is perfect for someone eager to make a real difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to meet their goals, whether that’s cooking dinner alone or going on holiday.

We value both experience and the right values. Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license (not essential but preferred), be resilient, flexible, and composed, with experience in following Positive Behaviour Support plans, reflective practice, and working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviors of distress, mental health conditions, autism, and trauma.
