Waking Night Support Worker

We re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Waking Night Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you\’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Bridgwater is a welcoming and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night.
• Complete light domestic duties in any spare time.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Resilient, flexible and composed approach.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
