The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
£13.50 ph and paid on call, 35.5hrs per week (7.5hrs off rota, 28hrs on rota). Typical shifts are various - however needs to be flexible to cover care and on-call.

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Scheme Leader to join us in leading our supported living service in Urmston. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Scheme Leader with us, you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervisions and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support are assisted to manage their finances, and managing the service in the absence of the manager.
You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Scheme Leaders are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to the lives of others, whether that’s helping our colleagues grow in confidence or the people we support gain independence so that they meet their goals.
We’re interested in our Scheme Leader having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Scheme Leader should have previous experience in a similar role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred) as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
