Overview
Team Leader – South Shields – £14.02 per hour
Shifts
Typical shifts are: Monday to Sunday; 7:45am – 3:15pm or 2:45pm – 10:15pm and alternative weekends on either Saturday or Sunday.
On-call
Team Leader will be expected to cover on-call, on a rota basis with the Deputy Manager and Service Manager.

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Team Leader to join us in leading our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service – Cleadon Court in South Shields This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities
As a Team Leader with us you\’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision’s and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances and day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Team Leaders are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

Qualifications & Experience
We’re interested in our Team Leader having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Team Leader should have previous experience in a similar role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals an acquired brain injury.
