Senior Support Worker – Chaddesden, Derby
£14.34 p/h
Typical Shifts are: Monday - Sunday 7am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm
Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our supported living service in Chaddesden, Derby. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
- Allocate shifts, book in training, induct new colleagues, and support supervision activities.
- Order medication and ensure the people we support are assisted to manage their finances.
- Support the delivery of person-centred care and maintain a safe and positive living environment for individuals supported.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Support Worker (essential for this role).
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
