Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our Wylde Green residential service.

You will help people gain more independence and assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and leadership of the team.

You may allocate shifts, arrange training, induct new colleagues and assist with supervision, ordering medication and helping people manage their finances, keeping the people we support at the heart of every day.
