Support Worker – Sunderland

£12.22ph – Typical shifts: 08:00‑15:00, 15:00‑22:00 (or 15:00‑22:00).

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to gain independence.
  • Teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage access to local communities, socialise and plan activities.
  • Work within a dynamic team to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Resilient, flexible, composed approach.
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex individuals.
