We\\\’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker you\\\’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. Our supported living service in Bedford is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days will be the same. You\\\’ll enhance lives by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to local communities, socialising and taking part in activities. One day you could be out in local bars and pubs with the people we support, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema. This is an amazing role for someone looking to make a real difference and to help someone grow in confidence and independence so they meet their goals, whether that\\\’s making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
