Summary
Support Worker – Norris Green, Liverpool – £12.22 per hour
Typical Shifts are: Monday to Sunday, 8:00am – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 10:00pm and 10:00pm – 8:00am

As a support worker with us you\’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
- Teach new life skills to improve independence.
- Encourage and support clients to access local community resources.
- Socialise with clients through activities such as playing video games, watching films, going to restaurants and cinemas.
- Support clients in attending appointments and other outings.
- Adhere to care plans and report progress to the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Passion for enhancing the quality of life for people with acquired brain injury.
- Genuine caring attitude and willingness to learn.
- No formal experience required – training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
- All applicants subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references.
- Note: Some roles require male or female employees only, genuine occupational requirement per the Equality Act 2010.
