We’re excited to be recruiting for a Regional Support Manager within our specialist Neuro portfolio, covering services across the North East, North West, Midlands and Derbyshire. About the Role
As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll work closely with Operational Managers and service teams, providing hands-on support where it’s needed most. You’ll play a key role in driving quality, compliance, performance and colleague development across a portfolio of specialist Neuro services. This is a highly visible and varied role where no two days are the same. One day you may be coaching and developing service leaders, the next you could be supporting a service through regulatory challenges, identifying improvement opportunities or helping a team achieve outstanding outcomes for the people we support. You’ll be a role model for our values, bringing energy, expertise and a solutions-focused approach to every service you work with.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and coaching Operational Managers, Registered Managers and service teams.
- Driving continuous improvement across quality, compliance and performance.
- Supporting services to deliver outstanding, person-centred care and support.
- Building capability within teams through mentoring and leadership.
- Working alongside services to achieve commercial and operational success.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and contractual obligations.
- Supporting services with safeguarding, quality assurance and best-practice delivery.
- Promoting a positive culture aligned to Voyage Care's ETHOS values.
- Providing leadership and operational oversight where additional support is required.
- Acting as the responsible manager in the absence of a Registered Manager and, where necessary, registering with the relevant regulatory body.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced social care professional who is ready for a rewarding challenge. You may currently be:
- A successful Registered Manager looking to broaden your impact across multiple services.
- An experienced leader with a track record of improving quality and developing teams within health and social care.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience within residential, supported living or specialist care services.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- A proven ability to coach, influence and develop others.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A flexible approach and willingness to travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays.
