Voyage Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support in our services. This hands-on role will see you working with managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed PBS, trauma-informed and person-centred practice.

You’ll lead by example - coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support.
