Position Details
Senior Support Worker – Redmond House – £13.34 up to £14.84 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply). Town: Corby. Typical shifts: Mon-Sun 7:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-9:30pm. UK driving licence required.

About the Role
Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service, Redmond House in Corby. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Support Worker, you will help people to gain more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the Manager with the day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service.
- Allocating shifts
- Booking training and inducting new colleagues
- Supporting with supervision
- Ordering medication
- Ensuring the people we support can manage their finances
Qualifications and Experience
We’re interested in Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and values. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
