Support Worker – Darrington – £12.72 per hour. Typical shifts: 8am‑4pm, 4pm‑10pm, or 8am‑10pm on a rota basis provided 4 weeks in advance. Night shift may be required. This post requires the applicant to hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive a manual service vehicle.

You will help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. You will teach life skills, assist with personal care, encourage them to access local communities, socialise, and participate in various activities. You may host meals out in local bars and pubs or provide recreation such as film nights or cinema outings. You will often be working in a supportive environment where no two days are the same, ensuring that each individual receives personalised care that promotes confidence and independence.
Qualifications and Experience
