Voyage Care is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our Leicestershire residential rehabilitation service (ABI). You will manage day-to-day operations, develop person-centred care plans, recruit and supervise staff, and ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met.
Candidates should have CQC registered manager experience or be willing to undertake CQC registration, plus a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and experience with autism, acquired brain injury, and challenging behaviour.
