Female Enhanced and Complex Senior Support Worker – Poringland - £14.89 ph up to £16.39 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply).
Typical Shifts are: Mon - Sun (days 7am-3pm & 3pm-10pm, Nights 10pm-7am). Shifts may be subject to change but are provided 4 weeks in advance.

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Female Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our supported living service Harleston. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervisions, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
