Location: Longridge Court, Bulls Cross, Near Stroud GL6 7HU. Due to the location of this service you will require your own vehicle to get here. We also require you to have held a UK driving licence for 1 year and be over 21 years old for insurance purposes.
Pay rate starts at: £14.27 per hour. Typical shifts are: 7am - 19:30 or 8am - 20:30.

Job Description:
Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Support Worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Your duties include: allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances.
Qualifications:
We’re interested in Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. Candidates should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, and have experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, autism, forensic histories, and people who have experienced trauma.
