Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator for our DCA Office in Nuneaton. You will ensure safe care delivery by coordinating the team, managing documentation for new entrants, discharges and transfers, and monitoring operations with bespoke software.
You will also liaise with families and healthcare professionals, handle day-to-day inquiries, and schedule meetings while maintaining strict confidentiality. DBS checks and references are required for all applicants.
