We’re on the hunt for Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support to join our new team in Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new supported living service for people with mental health conditions, delivering recovery focused support.
As a Support Worker with us, you'll be enabling people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support 9 individuals with mental health conditions. Our supported living service is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same!
You’ll be promoting personal growth through supporting people to build skills and increase independence with clear, achievable steps that reflect the person’s strengths, aspirations and recovery goals. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they progress on their road to recovery.
We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience, compassion and trauma informed values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience in delivering recovery‑orientated practice, as well as a commitment to enabling strength‑based approaches.
