Female Enhanced & Complex Care Support Worker - Poringland - £13.89ph up to £15.39ph with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply).
Shift Patterns:
- Mon - Sun days 7am-3pm
- Mon - Sun days 3pm-10pm
- Mon - Sun nights 10pm-7am
Shifts may be subject to change but are provided 4 weeks in advance. A full UK driving license is desirable for this role.

Job Summary:
We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on female Support Workers to enhance the quality of life for the people we support. As a support worker, you will help individuals gain greater independence in daily life while working within a dynamic team. In our Enhanced and Complex Care supported-living service in Harleston, you will assist people in community integration, teach new life skills, support personal care, encourage access to local communities, socialize, and facilitate activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care and daily living tasks
- Support independence and confidence building, e.g., cooking meals, going on day trips
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
- Work with individuals requiring enhanced support, including distress behaviours, mental health conditions, forensic histories, and trauma survivors
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Experience supporting individuals with enhanced needs
- Resilient, flexible, and composed approach
- Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans
- Desire to learn and genuine caring attitude
