We’re seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader who can positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support. In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice. You’ll lead by example – coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible in services and wants to make a real difference.
You’ll have:
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs
- A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support
- Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice
- Strong communication skills and a values-led approach
