As a Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!\\n\\nOur residential service, set just off the main street in Wellington, is a beautiful home, set in lush green grounds. It has its own hydrotherapy pool and sensory room and has a welcoming and friendly environment.

You can be sure that no two days will be the same! As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.\\n\\nThis is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.\\n\\nWe’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values.
