As a Senior Support Worker, you will help people gain independence in their daily lives and assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the residential service. Your duties may include:
- Allocating shifts and managing staffing schedules
- Booking and coordinating training sessions
- Inducting new colleagues and supporting them in role transition
- Supporting and supervising the delivery of personal care and support activities
- Ordering medication and ensuring safe medication management
- Assisting people to manage their finances and other personal matters
