Fixed term 12 month maternity cover. Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working with financial data? We’re looking for a proactive OST Administrator (Finance Verification & Compliance) to join our Operational Support Team in Lichfield. This is a key role that ensures the accuracy of financial, payroll and invoicing information that supports our services across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Verify financial data before it’s processed into Coldharbour and billing systems
- Check commissioned, delivered and invoiced hours to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Raise invoices and validate service codes against contracts
- Support payroll by confirming employee rates, annualised hours calculations and overtime enhancements
- Maintain accurate employee records for starters and contract changes
- Reconcile data across systems (Coldharbour, CM2000) to support timely payments
- Liaise with funders, social workers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support compliance activities and produce reports to ensure financial integrity
- Assist with audits and maintain strong documentation standards
What we’re looking for
- Experience in financial verification, compliance, payroll, invoicing or accounts administration
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good understanding of financial controls and data checking processes
- Confident using financial systems and Excel
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Experience with annualised hours, commissioning frameworks or the care sector is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
